Introduction

Let me just tell you a little about me. 

So it all started when I was a child. I loved food and loved cooking. I watched hours and hours of the Food Network. Paula Deen and Ina Garten were my favorites. I always say Paula Deen and my mother taught me how to cook! 

A very dear friend of mine helped me come up with the name The Humble Entertainer. I wanted to start sharing some of my recipes and other tips and tricks I have learned cooking and entertaining over the years. 

College was a lot of fun for me. I had many parties. Some were you average college parties with cans of beer and a bag of Cheetos. Others were 3 course meals sat down at the set table. I also learned a lot through traveling. Road trips and just weekend getaways.
