Chipotle Cilantro Flank Steak

 



Chipotle marinated flank steak. 


This is a simple easy week night marinade that has 3 ingredients in the marinade and is full of flavor!


All you need is a can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, a hand full of cilantro, and two tablespoons of avocado oil. Put all that in a mini food processor and blend it up. Now you might be scared that this will be spicy but most of the heat cooks out leaving that wonderful smoky chipotle flavor. 




This is the consistency you should get. Pour 3/4 of this marinade into a zip loc and marinade for at least 6 hours to overnight. Then throw it on the grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until you reach an internal temperature of 145 for medium rare. Then enjoy!
